Whether it was answering questions, offering assistance, or simply ensuring everything was in order, their friendly demeanor made a significant difference in my stay. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered great amenities. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping everything tidy and well-stocked. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Ivory Phi Phi to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The location is great. It is very centrally located. The place is clean and the room was comfortable. The best part is the really nice lady at the reception. She is super super helpful and always recommends good places to visit and eat. She can provide you with any information you need and will always check up on you if you are doing fine or if you need any help. She is a fantastic host and made the stay really comfortable there. Overall, this place is really good for the price. I highly recommend booking in advance because this gets sold out very very soon.

The room we had was basic, but clean & it had all you needed. Ms. July was wonderful she was super helpful & was super sweet always. We were here for Songkran, so the whole island was without water on certain hours, which is normal if you stay on an island during water festival.

Juni was really friendly and helpful, she gave us food recommendations and helped us book a snorkelling tour with a really great company. Basic room had no fridge or windows but it was what we paid for and was no problem at all.

The location was perfect! Junie at the front desk was very helpful and kind, wifi worked really well and rooms were clean. We were happy with our stay here, great value for what u pay!
